XP is the CroupierTV loyalty currency and determines your position on the monthly leaderboard. You can earn it through active livestream chat, eligible stream support, Community activity and missions, Daily Rewards, referrals, the weekly XP Wheel and selected promotions.

Publishing a new Community thread earns 10 XP, while writing a comment earns 5 XP. Up to two threads and 20 comments are rewarded per day; comment XP is awarded only once per user and thread.

The current earning rates and available activities are shown on the Leaderboard and in the Mission Center.

Most automatic XP is visible within a few minutes after the next system sync. In some cases, confirmation can take several hours. Rewards that require a manual check, such as a MY.GAMES Market purchase, are added after the purchase has been verified.

Pending means the transaction has been recorded safely but has not yet been applied to your confirmed balance. It normally clears with an upcoming sync.

Pending – next season appears during the leaderboard transition. Those XP are being held safely and will be applied when the next monthly season launches.

Your current XP and monthly rank appear on the Leaderboard and on your profile. The private XP History lists every confirmed reward, deduction, pending transaction and manual adjustment.

Join a CroupierTV livestream with the same YouTube channel connected to your Community account and remain present in the live chat. Write in chat so the Chatbot can recognize your account and track your activity. Your watchtime is updated automatically through the livestream system.

Active participation in the livestream chat earns 10 XP every 5 minutes. The Chatbot counts eligible activity automatically, so you do not need to claim it manually. Repeated or spam messages do not create extra intervals.

Yes. Eligible Super Chats, memberships and membership gifts earn 100 XP per €1 / $1; YouTube Jewels earn 1 XP per Jewel. Your linked YouTube identity is used to assign the XP.

The Donation Missions in the Mission Center can also award additional cycle bonuses for continued support.

The Daily Spin gives every eligible linked account one free server-secured spin per day, with prizes up to 1,000 XP. The next free spin becomes available at 00:00 European time.

After the free spin, you may buy up to 10 optional bonus spins for 350 XP each. The cost and prize are settled together and the result appears in your XP History.

The XP Wheel Giveaway is an automatic weekly draw. Entry costs 500 XP and secures one guaranteed spin when the round closes. Wheel prizes range from 100 to 2,500 XP and are credited automatically.

Each linked leaderboard profile can enter once per week. More participants unlock additional bonus spins for randomly selected entrants, and the completed draw remains available to review.

Starting on the 25th of each month, the validated Top 10 reward data is sent to Panzerdog. The rewards are then credited directly to the Tacticool account connected through your Player ID.

Use Creator Code croupier when purchasing eligible items in the MY.GAMES Market. The Market handles its regular purchase rewards automatically, but the CroupierTV XP must be added manually.

After your purchase, inform Croupier—for example on Discord—and include enough information to verify the eligible order. Verified purchases currently earn 100 XP per €1 / $1.

Open the Mission Center while logged in. It contains Daily, Weekly, One-time, Donation and Lifetime Reward sections. Each mission shows your current progress, target, XP reward and reset time where applicable.

No separate claim is normally required. When an eligible objective is completed, its reward is recorded automatically and sent to your XP balance. A short Pending period can appear while the reward is synchronized.

Copy your personal invite link from the Referral Dashboard. Your friend must register through that link and complete the qualification steps shown there: verify a unique YouTube channel, publish one active Community post, make five reactions and use the free Daily Spin.

A qualified friend awards 500 XP. Further watchtime earned after the referral baseline can unlock another 150 XP at 1 hour and 350 XP at 5 hours. Your first qualified friend also unlocks a one-time 1,000 XP bonus.

Your verified YouTube channel connects livestream activity, XP, watchtime and referrals to the correct Community profile. Your Tacticool Player ID is needed to deliver leaderboard and giveaway rewards to the correct game account.

Yes. XP can currently be used for optional Daily Reward bonus spins and entry to the weekly XP Wheel. Every protected cost is recorded as a deduction in XP History, together with the related prize or result.

First check that the correct YouTube channel is connected, then review XP History for a Pending transaction and allow the normal sync time. If the activity is still missing after several hours, contact Croupier on Discord with the date, activity and a screenshot or purchase reference.
